To confirm the booking a 30% of the total is required in advance, by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation within 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit can be used for a next booking.
In case of cancellation, with 7 or less days before the arrival date, the total amount will be required.
The price is per apartment per week
The ground floor apartments have a private garden, while those on the first floor (Fienile and Granaio) have a private balcony. For the apartments in the Fienile and Granaio buildings, the stay is scheduled from Sunday to Sunday
The price includes utilities, bedroom and bathroom linen with weekly change, use of TV and air conditioning. Also included are the use of the Swimming Pool (with sunbeds and umbrellas), the covered Parking Space, free Wi-Fi in the Bar/Reception area, and the shared laundry and ironing service.
Guests also have access to a Restaurant (“Maramao Pizza & Restaurant”) and a Bar inside the Residence
Bike Rental € 4.00 per day – Pets allowed and welcome without additional costs.
Mandatory final cleaning € 50.00 - Final cleaning with pets € 80.00
Rental of cot or extra bed in the apartment € 30.00/week
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Check-out by 10:00 AM (with the possibility of using the Residence services, including the Pool, for the whole day)
