The studio apartment with 2/4 beds is the same size as a classic Two-room apartment (about 30/35 sqm). It includes a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed (two single beds), a double bedroom, a bathroom, a TV, and air conditioning. It's ideal for 4 people, such as 2 adults and 2 children/teenagers.
The first-floor apartments have a private garden or porch, while those on the second floor (Barn and Granary) have a small balcony.
Prices are for weekly stays per apartment.

- Pets of any size and type are allowed and welcome at no extra charge
- Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM (with the possibility of using the Residence facilities, including the swimming pool, for the entire day)
- Reservations require a 30% deposit upon confirmation of the reservation, which can be paid via bank transfer or money order.
- Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit card and credit card.
