Ground floor apartments have a private space or terrace. Second-floor apartments, Barn, and Granary have a small balcony.

- Pets of any size and type are allowed and welcome at no extra charge
- Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM (with the possibility of using the Residence facilities, including the swimming pool, for the entire day)
- Reservations require a 30% deposit upon confirmation of the reservation, which can be paid via bank transfer or money order.
- Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit card and credit card.
