"Residence Casale Torrenova" in the Riviera del Conero offers apartments of different types in three buildings: Casale(Farmhouse), Fienile (Barn), and Granaio (Granary).
Our Two-room apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 guests and include a kitchen/living room with a comfortable sofa bed (consisting of 2 single beds), one double bedroom, a bathroom, TV, and air conditioning.
Ground floor apartments come with a private space or terrace, while second-floor apartments in the Barn and Granary buildings have a small balcony.
Prices are based on a weekly stay per apartment.

Please note
- Pets of any size and type are allowed and welcome at no extra charge
- Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM (with the possibility of using the Residence facilities, including the swimming pool, for the entire day)
- Reservations require a 30% deposit upon confirmation of the reservation, which can be paid via bank transfer or money order.
- Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit card and credit card.
